Create event

Nachdem Du dich registriert hast, kannst Du deine Veranstaltung erstellen. Du bist nun der Organisator und kannst mit der Helferplanung beginnen. Du kannst den Link zur Veranstaltung direkt aus dem Portal heraus verschicken. Es ist auch ganz einfach möglich den Link zur Veranstaltung in eine Webseite einzubinden. In der Premium und Abo Version wird auch ein QR-Code generiert, den Du auch verschicken bzw. in eine Webseite einbinden kannst.


Sobald Du dich als Organisator angemeldet hast, kannst Du direkt auf Deine Veranstaltung zugreifen, bearbeiten, Helfer eintragen, den Schichtplan drucken und einiges mehr.

User (Helper)

Danach gibst Du den Link zur Veranstaltung einfach an Deine potentiellen Helfer (Vereinsmitglieder, Freunde, etc.) weiter. Mit diesem Link können sich Deine Helfer direkt in die gewünschten Schichten eintragen.

Gawaana is perfect for school parties.

The organizer can plan all activities of the school festival or the school celebration with Gawaana.

Likewise, the organizer can inform the necessary helpers (parents), by posting, flyer in the mail folder or by info on the school website.

The parents can easily register and the organizer does not have to collect and evaluate return slips.

It is also possible to enter several helpers on behalf of one person in one activity. For this, the person simply has to use a different email address.

There are 3 options after the event has been created:

  1. A link to the event will be provided. This can simply be copied and pasted into an email.
  2. The helpers can be invited via the online email form.
  3. A QR Code will be provided. This one can be simple:

    2. uploaded as a jpg file to a web page.
